pgedge cluster remove-node

SYNOPSIS
    ./pgedge cluster remove-node CLUSTER_NAME NODE_NAME

DESCRIPTION
    Now also checks for multiple databases on the node, and drops all
subscriptions/Spock extension across each database before removal.

POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS
    CLUSTER_NAME
    NODE_NAME
